Butternut Squash
560 g, peeled and cubed
Apple
2 medium, Granny Smith, peeled, cored, and chopped
Cloudy apple juice
120 ml
Low Fat Spread
1 tablespoon(s)
Thyme, Fresh
1½ teaspoon(s)
Instructions

Place the butternut squash, apples and apple juice in a shallow microwave-safe dish. Lay the pieces of spread over the top. Cover and microwave for 10-12 minutes, until the squash and apples are tender.

Mash until smooth yet slightly chunky. Stir in the fresh thyme and season well.
