Artichoke hearts, cooked

Instructions

Combine freshly squeezed lemon juice, olive oil, the crushed garlic clove, chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley and the oregano and chilli flakes in a small bowl. Toss with 2 drained and quartered artichoke hearts (in brine).
