Whether you’re vegetarian, vegan or are all about the meat, this fresh and healthy plate perfect for grazing with friends.

Ingredients

Lemon Juice, Fresh

2 teaspoon(s)

Olive Oil

1 teaspoon(s)

Garlic

1 clove(s), crushed

Parsley, fresh

2 teaspoon(s)

Oregano, Dried

1 teaspoon(s), level

Chilli flakes

1 pinch

Artichoke hearts, cooked

2 individual, drained, quartered

Instructions

  1. Combine freshly squeezed lemon juice, olive oil, the crushed garlic clove, chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley and the oregano and chilli flakes in a small bowl. Toss with 2 drained and quartered artichoke hearts (in brine).
