Mango, vanilla and banana smoothie

Mango150 g, (1 mango) peeled, pitted and chopped
Banana(s)1 medium, sliced
Vanilla Extract1 teaspoons, level
Low Fat Natural Yogurt150 g
Skimmed Milk500 ml, chilled
- Put the ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker and blend for a few seconds until smooth. Alternatively, use a hand-held electric stick blender to whizz the ingredients together. Pour into glasses and serve at once.
