Start your day with a fruity fix - enjoy this breakfast smoothie, or try Blueberry and strawberry milkshake.
Ingredients
  • Mango
    150 g, (1 mango) peeled, pitted and chopped
  • Banana(s)
    1 medium, sliced
  • Vanilla Extract
    1 teaspoons, level
  • Low Fat Natural Yogurt
    150 g
  • Skimmed Milk
    500 ml, chilled
Instructions
  1. Put the ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker and blend for a few seconds until smooth. Alternatively, use a hand-held electric stick blender to whizz the ingredients together. Pour into glasses and serve at once.
