A smooth, refreshing yogurt drink originating in India.

Ingredients

Mango

1 medium, stoned and peeled

0% fat natural Greek yogurt

50 g

Skimmed Milk

200 ml

Pistachios

15 g, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Place the mango, yogurt and milk in a blender and whizz until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and scatter with the chopped pistachios. Serve immediately.

Notes

Store all the ingredients, including the mango, in the fridge until you need them, to make sure your lassi is perfectly chilled without the need for ice.
