Mango & pistachio lassi
A smooth, refreshing yogurt drink originating in India.
1 medium, stoned and peeled
0% fat natural Greek yogurt
15 g, finely chopped
- Place the mango, yogurt and milk in a blender and whizz until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and scatter with the chopped pistachios. Serve immediately.
Store all the ingredients, including the mango, in the fridge until you need them, to make sure your lassi is perfectly chilled without the need for ice.
