Fruiss Pure Cane Sugar Syrup

5 ml

Egg white, raw

10 g

Angostura Bitters

3 ml, 3 dashes

Instructions

Place in the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, along with some ice and give it a rapid shake.
Strain into a tumbler and fill with fresh cubed ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a maraschino cherry.
