Green or Brown Lentils, cooked
2 can(s), large, drained, drained and rinsed
400 g, plum, halved
25 g, leaves picked and roughly chopped
Light Feta Cheese
WW Garlic & Chive Salad Dressing
- Put the lentils, tomatoes and parsley in a medium bowl. Crumble over the feta, then drizzle over the dressing and toss to combine. Season to taste.
- Divide the salad between bowls and serve seasoned with freshly ground black pepper.
You could bulk up this meal by adding 1 sliced cooked skinless chicken breast per serving.
