Lemon Grass Stems
1 medium, thinly sliced
- Thinly slice the pale lower section of the lemongrass stalk and cut the remaining stalk into lengths. Put in a jug with the coconut water and water, lime and fresh mint leaves. Infuse in the fridge for 1-2 hours, then serve over ice. Garnish with extra lemongrass stalks, if you like.
