Tesco Edamame Beans (Frozen)
½ teaspoons, zest
Blue Dragon Light Soy Sauce
- Bring a pan of water to the boil, add the edamame pods and cook for 5 minutes. Drain, refresh under cold running water then drain again and transfer to a small bowl.
- Combine the sea salt flakes, pepper and lemon zest in a small bowl. Scatter the mixture over the cooked edamame and toss to coat, then drizzle over the soy sauce.
