6 clove(s), thinly sliced
Chilli, green or red
1 individual, red, deseeded and finely chopped

½ zest(s) of 1, grated
- Preheat the oven to 190°C, fan 170°C, gas mark 5. Put 600g Tenderstem broccoli in a roasting tin and toss with the juice of ½ lemon, 6 thinly sliced garlic cloves and 1 deseeded and finely chopped red chilli.
- Mist the mixture with calorie controlled cooking spray. Season to taste and scatter over 1 teaspoon chilli flakes.
- Cook for 15 minutes until tender. Serve with the grated zest of ½ lemon scattered over the top.
