Ingredients

Broccoli, raw

600 g, tenderstem

Lemon Juice, Fresh

1 tablespoons

Garlic

6 clove(s), thinly sliced

Chilli, Green or Red

1 individual, red, deseeded and finely chopped

Calorie controlled cooking spray

Chilli flakes

1 teaspoons, level

Lemon(s)

½ zest(s) of 1, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C, fan 170°C, gas mark 5. Put 600g Tenderstem broccoli in a roasting tin and toss with the juice of ½ lemon, 6 thinly sliced garlic cloves and 1 deseeded and finely chopped red chilli.
  2. Mist the mixture with calorie controlled cooking spray. Season to taste and scatter over 1 teaspoon chilli flakes.
  3. Cook for 15 minutes until tender. Serve with the grated zest of ½ lemon scattered over the top.
