Lemon & rosemary gin fizz
Upgrade your usual gin tipple by swapping tonic for lemon.
No Added Sugar Fruit Juice Squash, undiluted
100 ml, Lemon
1 sprig(s), plus extra to garnish
Lemon Juice, Fresh

- Put the lemon squash in a small lidded pan set over a medium-high heat. Bring to a gentle boil, then remove from the heat and add 1 sprig fresh rosemary.
- Cover and set aside to steep for 1 hour, or until cooled completely, then discard the rosemary sprig.
- Shake the gin, lemon juice and infused lemon squash in a cocktail shaker with ice, then strain into 2 ice-filled balloon style glasses.
- Top up each glass with 50ml soda water and serve garnished with lemon slices ad rosemary.
You could use sprigs of fresh thyme in place of the rosemary for a more subtle flavour.
