Ingredients
White pasta, dry
285 g, Spaghetti
Calorie controlled cooking spray
4 spray(s)
Bacon medallions, raw
125 g, chopped
Garlic
1 clove(s), crushed
Egg, whole, raw
2 medium, raw
Parmesan Cheese
20 g, grated
Parsley, fresh
2 tablespoon(s), finely chopped
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti in a large pan of boiling water to pack instructions, or until just tender. Drain, reserving 60ml of the cooking water.

Meanwhile, mist a medium nonstick frying pan with cooking spray and set over a medium heat. Add the bacon to the pan and cook, stirring, for 3-5 minutes or until crisp. Add the garlic and cook, stirring, for 1 minute or until fragrant.

Whisk together the eggs, Parmesan and half the parsley in a medium bowl until combined. Add the cooked pasta to the pan along with the egg mixture and toss to combine, adding the reserved cooking water to loosen.

Season with freshly ground black pepper and serve with the remaining parsley scattered over.
