Ingredients

Lasagne sheets, dry

2 sheet(s)

Calorie controlled cooking spray

1 spray(s)

Paprika

1½ pinch

Tomato

2 large, diced

Red onion

½ small, chopped

Chilli, green or red

½ individual, diced

Coriander, fresh

1 tablespoon(s)

Lime

Instructions

  1. Preheat the over to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6 and bring a large pan of water to the boil. Add the lasagne sheets and cook for 2 minutes until softened but not fully cooked. Drain and let cook slightly, the cut each into 8 equal triangles.
  2. Line a baking sheets with baking paper and mist with the cooking spray. Arrange the lasagne triangles in a single layer and mist again with the spray. Bake for 10 minutes, turning once, until crisp and golden brown. Season with salt, freshly ground black pepper and paprika.
  3. In a bowl, combine the tomatoes, red onion, green chilli and coriander along with a good squeeze of lime and seasoning to taste. Serve with the ’tortilla’ chips.
