- Put the lamb chunks into a bowl (not a metal one) and add the sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice and garlic. Mix together well, then cover and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- Preheat a char-grill pan or the grill. Thread the meat and vegetables onto 8 skewers or soaked wooden kebab sticks. Season with black pepper. Char-grill or grill for 10-12 minutes, turning often until cooked.
- Serve 2 kebabs per portion, accompanied by a large green salad.
