Lamb & feta burger
Lean Lamb Mince (less than 16% fat), raw

- Mix together the lamb, garlic, rosemary, oregano and feta. Using wet hands, shape into a patty and flatten.
- Heat a non stick frying pan and spray with cooking spray. Add the lamb patty and cook for 5–7 minutes on each side, until cooked through. Leave to rest for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, make the salsa. Mix together the tomatoes, spring onion, olives, vinegar and parsley and then season.
- Serve the burger in the lettuce leaf, topped with the tomato salsa.
