- Mist a small, nonstick pan with cooking spray and set over a medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon water, then crack in the egg, and cook for 2-3 minutes until the white is set and the yolk soft.
- Meanwhile heat the grill to medium and toast the bread. Spread with the mustard and top with the ham and cheese.
- Grill for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted. Top with the fried egg, season to taste and serve.
