Cauliflower, Raw

100 g

Calorie controlled cooking spray

4 spray(s)

Garam Masala

1 teaspoon(s), level

Lemon Juice, Fresh

2 teaspoon(s)

Coriander, fresh

1 teaspoon(s)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Mist the cauliflower florets with cooking spray and scatter over the garam masala. Roast for 15 minutes then drizzle over freshly squeezed lemon juice and scatter over fresh coriander.
