Indian-spiced lamb patties
Tesco Healthy Living Lean Lamb Mince, typically less than 16% fat
Patak's Curry Paste Garam Masala Paste
30 g, (2 tsp)
2 teaspoons, level
1 teaspoons, level
2 medium, seeded and diced
Petits Pois, boiled
140 g, frozen
Fat Free Natural Yogurt
6 teaspoons, chopped1 tsp lemon rind
1 medium, cut into 4 wedges, to serve
- Line a large baking tray with cling wrap.
- Thoroughly mix all ingredients together (except lemon wedges) with your hands or a wooden spoon. Form twelve patties and place on prepared baking tray. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Preheat grill to high. Cook patties on grill rack, gently turning once, for about 4-5 minutes per side. Serve with lemon wedges.
