Ingredients

Instant Coffee

15 g, 1-2 tsp, plus 1⁄2 tbsp

Semi Skimmed Milk

180 ml

Honey

½ tablespoons, level

Instructions

  1. Make the espresso by combining 1-2 tsp espresso powder with 60ml freshly boiled water and set aside. Mix with the milk and pour into a glass filled with ice cubes. In a medium mixing bowl, add the remaining 1⁄2 tbsp espresso powder, the honey and 1⁄2 tbsp freshly boiled water.
  2. Whisk, using an electric hand mixer, until a light brown mousse – the mixture should be able to hold stiff peaks. Spoon on top of the iced coffee and serve.
