Stone Baked Rye Bread

Roasted Red Peppers in brine, drained

40 g, drained weight

Carrots, raw

10 g, grated

Coriander, fresh

1 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Top rye bread with 1 tbsp lemon and coriander houmous. Add 40g drained and sliced roasted red peppers, 10g grated carrot and a sprinkling of fresh coriander leaves (1⁄2 tbsp).
