¼ medium, peeled into ribbons
Peppers, all types
1 medium, sliced
Calorie controlled cooking spray
WW White Wraps
Reduced Fat Houmous
- Mist the courgette and peppers with cooking spray. Cook on a large nonstick griddle pan over a high heat for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until just charred.
- Heat the wrap in the microwave for 10 seconds on High. Remove from the microwave, spread the wrap with the houmous, then layer the griddled vegetables. Fold the ends and roll to enclose.
