Wholegrain Mustard

Chicken breast, skinless, raw

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. In a small bowl, combine 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard with Dijon mustard, honey, dried sage and the orange zest. Season, then brush the chicken fillets.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix 100ml chicken stock, 1 tsp wholegrain mustard, the orange juice and cider vinegar. Put the chicken fillets into a baking dish, pour in the stock mixture, then bake for 20 minutes until cooked through. Serve with steamed ZeroPoint vegetables.
