Hoisin Sauce

Salmon, raw
4 fillet(s), medium

Instructions

Preheat the grill to high and line the grill pan with kitchen foil.

In a small bowl combine the honey, orange juice, lemon juice, hoisin sauce and the mustard, season with salt and pepper.

Place the salmon fillets on the grill pan and mist with a pan coated with cooking spray. Brush with the honey mixture. Cook for 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, baste frequently with the honey mixture.
