Honey

Unsweetened Orange Juice

Lemon Juice, Fresh

Hoisin Sauce

1 tablespoon(s)

Dijon Mustard

2 teaspoon(s), heaped

Salmon, raw

4 fillet(s), medium

Calorie controlled cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to high and line the grill pan with kitchen foil.
  2. In a small bowl combine the honey, orange juice, lemon juice, hoisin sauce and the mustard, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the grill pan and mist with a pan coated with cooking spray. Brush with the honey mixture. Cook for 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, baste frequently with the honey mixture.
