2 medium, Braeburn, cored and thinly sliced
- Preheat the oven to 140°C, fan 120°C, gas mark 1. In a small pan, gently heat the honey and cinnamon. Set aside.
- Arrange the apple slices in a single layer across 2 lined baking trays, then brush with the honey mixture; if it has thickened, reheat it briefly. Bake for 40 minutes, remove from the oven, turn, and bake for a further 25 minutes.
- Leave to cool completely, then store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
