Ingredients
Low Fat Spread
45 g
White Wine Vinegar
1½ tablespoon(s)
Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon(s), level
Honey
2 teaspoon(s), level
Cornflour
½ teaspoon(s), level
Instructions

Melt 3 tbsp low-fat olive oil spread in a small pan, then add 1½ tbsp white wine vinegar, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard and 2 tsp clear honey. Combine ½ tsp cornflour with 1½ tbsp water and add to the pan. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 1-2 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Season to taste and serve.
