Ingredients

Wholewheat noodle nests, dry

2 serving(s)

Sesame Oil

0.5 teaspoon(s)

Duck Breast, Skinless, raw

180 g

Calorie controlled cooking spray

4 spray(s)

Pak Choi

100 g

Broccoli, raw

200 g

Sugar Snap Peas

200 g

Soy Sauce

2 tablespoon(s)

Rice Wine Vinegar

15 ml

Hoisin Sauce

1.5 tablespoon(s)

Instructions

1

Cook the noodles to pack instructions. Drain, toss with the oil and set aside.

2

Meanwhile, mist a large, deep frying pan or wok with cooking spray and fry the duck for 3-4 minutes, until seared but still pink in the middle. Remove from the pan and set aside to rest.

3

Add all the remaining ingredients (except the hoisin sauce) to the pan. Stir-fry over a medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes until the veg is tender.

4

Add the noodles and return the duck to the pan. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until heated through.

5

Divide between bowls and serve drizzled with the hoisin sauce.
