Ingredients

0% fat natural Greek yogurt

50 g

Strawberries

150 g

Skimmed Milk

300 ml

Banana

1 medium, ripe

Vanilla protein powder

60 g, unprepared

Instructions

  1. Spread the Greek yogurt up the sides of 2 smoothie glasses. Blend strawberries with 2 tablespoons of water until smooth. Divide between the glasses. To the same blender pitcher (without rinsing it), add the milk, banana, and protein powder. Blend until smooth. Divide the smoothie between the 2 glasses.
