Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, the yogurt, garlic, zest and
  2. juice of 1 lemon. Season to taste, then stir in 2 tablespoons
  3. each of chopped fresh mint and fresh coriander. Spoon into
  4. a serving bowl, drizzle over ½ teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
  5. and serve with mixed vegetable crudités on the side – we
  6. used sliced cucumber and yellow peppers.
