Ingredients

Brown Rice, dry

200 g

Vegetable stock cube

1 cube(s)

Lemon

1 zest(s) of 1

Lemon Juice, Fresh

45 ml

Fresh Herbs

12 teaspoon(s), chopped soft herb

Instructions

  1. Put the rice in a large pan of water. Sprinkle the stock cube, bring to the boil and cook to pack instructions until the rice is tender. Drain well and stir through the grated lemon zest, lemon juice and the fresh herbs. Serve hot or cold.
