- Pop the popcorn kernels in an air popper, if you have one. Otherwise, put the kernels in a large microwave-safe bowl and cover with a vented lid or a plate. Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes, or until there’s about 5 seconds between pops. Be careful when you take the lid off , as it’ll be steaming hot!
- Chop a small handful each of fresh chives and fresh flat-leaf parsley, then mix with the chopped fresh rosemary, the zest of 1 lemon and the garlic salt. Mist the popcorn with calorie controlled cooking spray, scatter over the herb topping and mix well to combine.
