Chocolate Nut Spread

- In a small saucepan, heat 160ml water and the espresso powder over a medium-high heat until simmering. Stir in the almond milk and cook for about 1 minute, until very warm but not boiling.
- Transfer the hot coffee mixture to a blender. Add the chocolate-hazelnut spread and blend on a high speed until very frothy, then divide between 2 mugs.
We like the richness of almond milk for this hot drink, but skimmed dairy milk or cashew milk would also be great. Remember to adjust the SmartPoints.
