Celery, Raw

White Wine Vinegar

Instructions

Toast the thin and top with the ham. Cut a quarter of an apple and half a celery stick into matchsticks, and mix with white wine vinegar and fromage frais. Pile on top of the ham and scatter with snipped fresh chives, then serve.
