Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Mist 2 holes of a muffin tin with cooking spray and line eachw tih 2 slices of ham.
beat the egg and cream together, stir in the spinach and season. Spoon the egg mixture into the ham cases. bake for 15 minutes or until just set. Cool slightly before sliding from the tin.
Serve 1 ham cup with 2 breadsticks.
