Grilled salmon with citrus salsa

Calorie controlled cooking spray
1 medium, peeled, segmented and chopped
1½ medium, peeled, segmented and chopped
2 tablespoons, chopped
1 medium, finely chopped
1 portion(s), drained, chopped
1 medium, deseeded and finely chopped
- Heat the grill to high.
- Place the salmon fillets on the rack of a grill pan coated with cooking spray. Brush the fillets with the olive oil then season. Grill for 10-12 minutes, until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
- While the fillets cook, in a medium bowl, combine the orange sections and the remaining ingredients to make the salsa. Serve the fillets with the salsa.
