Grilled chicken with pesto pasta
This chicken pasta recipe is filling and packed full of flavour.
Chicken breast, skinless, raw
Wholewheat Pasta, dry
6 individual, halved
Reduced fat green pesto
1 tablespoon(s), level
- Preheat the grill to medium-high. Season the chicken and grill for 15 minutes, turning once, until cooked through. Let cool, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta to pack instructions. Drain.
- In a bowl, combine the chicken, pasta, tomatoes and pesto. Serve garnished with the basil.
