Ingredients

Chicken breast, skinless, grilled

120 g, sliced

Low Fat Caesar Salad Dressing

1 tablespoon(s)

0% fat natural Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon(s)

Dijon Mustard

1 tablespoon(s), level

Lemon Juice, Fresh

2 teaspoon(s)

Garlic powder

1 teaspoon(s), level

Flaked almonds

Lettuce

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together the chicken, Caesar dressing, yogurt, mustard, lemon juice and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper, then fold in the almonds.
  2. Arrange the chicken salad down the middle of the wrap. Top with the lettuce. Fold in sides of the wrap and roll up to close.
