Barbecued bananas with chocolate & coconut

Ingredients
Desiccated Coconut
25 g, flaked coconut
Maple Syrup
1 tablespoon(s)
Ground Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon(s), level
Banana
4 medium, unpeeled and halved lengthways
Low fat coconut yogurt
80 g
Sweet Freedom Choc Shot Liquid Chocolate

Instructions

Toast the coconut in a frying pan set over a medium heat for 3 minutes. Set aside.

Mix the maple syrup with the cinnamon, and brush over the cut side of the bananas. Sandwich together and wrap each in foil. Cook on a medium-hot barbecue for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally. To cook on a griddle, heat the pan over a high heat, mist with cooking spray and cook the banana halves for 2 minutes on each side.

Serve topped with the yogurt and toasted coconut, drizzled with the Choc Shot.
