Ingredients

White bread, sliced

1 slice(s), medium, cut into cubes

Calorie controlled cooking spray

4 spray(s)

Chicken breast, skinless, raw

2 medium

Lettuce

2 individual, baby gem lettuce

Cherry Tomatoes

6 individual, chopped

Low Fat Caesar Salad Dressing

3 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6.
  2. Put the bread cubes on a baking tray. Mist with cooking spray, season and bake for 10 mins.
  3. Mist a griddle pan with cooking spray and cook the lettuces cut-side down for 1-2 mins. Flatten the chicken fillets and griddle the chicken for 7 mins on each side.
  4. Slice the chicken. Arrange everything on a plate and serve drizzled with the salad dressing.
