Low Fat Caesar Salad Dressing
- Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6.
- Put the bread cubes on a baking tray. Mist with cooking spray, season and bake for 10 mins.
- Mist a griddle pan with cooking spray and cook the lettuces cut-side down for 1-2 mins. Flatten the chicken fillets and griddle the chicken for 7 mins on each side.
- Slice the chicken. Arrange everything on a plate and serve drizzled with the salad dressing.
