Lime Juice, Fresh
2 tablespoon(s)
Parmesan Cheese
2 tablespoon(s), grated
Instructions

Preheat barbecue to medium-high or prepare medium-high fire.

Wrap each ear of corn in heavy duty foil. Place on the barbecue rack and cook, turning occasionally, until corn is tender, about 8 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix together the mayonnaise, coriander, and lime zest and juice in a cup. Brush the mayonnaise mixture all over the hot, cooked corn and sprinkle with Parmesan just before serving.
