Green tea & apple cooler
Fancy a light and refreshing summer drink? Try this thirst-quenching cooler that is sure to hit the spot!
Jacksons Pure Green Tea
4 g, (4 bags)
5 tablespoon(s), roughly chopped
25 g, golden
400 ml, as purchased
1 medium, red-skinned
- Place green tea bags in a teapot, pour over 300ml boiling water and allow to infuse for 2 mins before pouring into a large jug. Allow to cool.
- Place the mint in a mortar, add the sugar and gently bruise the leaves with the pestle to release their aroma. Spoon into jug with the cooled green tea. Add apple juice, lots of ice, apple slices and serve.
