Green tea and apple cooler

Fancy a light and refreshing summer drink? Try this thirst-quenching cooler that is sure to hit the spot!
Jacksons Pure Green Tea4 g, (4 bags)
Mint, Fresh5 tablespoons, roughly chopped
Caster Sugar25 g, (use golden caster sugar)
Apple juice400 ml, as purchased
Apple(s)1 medium, red-skinned
- Place green tea bags in a teapot, pour over 300ml boiling water and allow to infuse for 2 mins before pouring into a large jug. Allow to cool.
- Place the mint in a mortar, add the sugar and gently bruise the leaves with the pestle to release their aroma. Spoon into jug with the cooled green tea. Add apple juice, lots of ice, apple slices and serve.
