Green goddess fruit salad
2 medium, Granny Smith, cored and cut into bite-size pieces
2 medium, peeled, halved and thickly sliced
Grapes, Black or White
125 g, halved
½ medium, seeds and skin removed, and flesh cut into bite-size pieces
Lime Juice, Fresh
1 tablespoons, shredded
0% fat natural Greek yogurt
- Combine the prepared fruit in a large bowl. Add the lime juice and shredded mint, and stir to combine.
- Divide the fruit salad between bowls, then serve topped with the yogurt and pumpkin seeds.
