Greek-style chicken pitta
30 g, red cabbage, shredded
Roasted Red Peppers in brine, drained
10 g, drained weight, 1⁄2 pepper, sliced
1 medium, trimmed and finely sliced
Lemon Juice, Fresh
2 tablespoons, 1 tbsp for gyros, 1 tbsp for tzatziki
Wholemeal Pitta Bread
Chicken breast, skinless, grilled
70 g, chopped
0% fat natural Greek yogurt
20 g, grated
1 teaspoons, chopped
- Make the tzatziki. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, then season to taste and set aside.
- In a small bowl, toss together the cabbage, red pepper, spring onion, mint leaves and lemon juice, until combined.
- Lightly toast the pitta, then split. Fill with the mixed salad and chicken, then drizzle over the tzatziki.
