Greek chicken souvlaki wrap
Chicken breast, skinless, raw
4 medium, cut into chunks
1 zest(s) of 1, grated
Lemon Juice, Fresh
2 teaspoons, level
3 clove(s), crushed

120 g, 6 tablespoon
½ individual, deseeded and cut into small chunks
2 sprig(s), leaves picked and finely chopped

- In a large non-metallic bowl, combine the chicken, half of the lemon zest and juice, the oregano and two-thirds of the garlic, then season to taste. Cover with clingfilm and transfer to the fridge to marinate for 2 hours, or overnight.
- Heat the grill to high. Put the chicken on the grill tray in a single layer and mist with cooking spray. Grill for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the yogurt, cucumber, mint, remaining lemon zest and juice and garlic, then season to taste.
- Put the wraps under the grill for 10 seconds each side, then top with the chicken, red onion, lettuce and the yogurt sauce. Roll up and serve.
