Grain bowl with chicken & turmeric yogurt
This easy dish relies on leftovers and is flexible enough to allow you to swap in what you have on hand. Use any other cooked whole grains and roasted vegetables that you may have.
Quinoa (tricolor), cooked
Chicken breast, skinless, grilled
2 tablespoon(s), chopped
0% fat natural Greek yogurt
- Mix together the dressing ingredients, then in a medium bowl, layer the quinoa, roasted vegetables, and the chicken. Drizzle over the dressing.
- Toss to combine and divide between 2 bowls and serve.
