Gnocchi tuna bake

1 large, diced
250 g, quartered
1 can(s), large
Peas, frozen, boiled
Tuna in spring water, drained
1 can(s), large, drained
Vegetarian Parmesan Style Hard Cheese
4 tablespoons, grated, or Parmesan, grated
- Preheat oven to 200°C, 180°C, gas mark 3. Cook the gnocchi to pack instructions, drain and then place in a 1.5 litre baking dish.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat & mist cooking spray, add the onion and cook for 5 minutes until soft. Then add the mushrooms and cook for a further 5 minutes.
- Once soft add the chopped tomatoes and peas and reduce slightly. Add the tuna and season to taste.
- Pour the sauce over the gnocchi, sprinkle the grated cheese over the top then bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
