Sugar Free Ginger Beer

500 ml

Gin

50 ml

Strawberries

Instructions

  1. Combine the Pimm’s and gin in a tall serving jug, stir in some sliced strawberries and whole raspberries and some fresh mint leaves and leave to macerate for up to an hour. Top with the ginger beer and diet lemonade and serve over ice.
