50 g, or sultanas
- Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Spray the baking sheets or Swiss roll tin with the cooking spray.
- Keep a few of the nuts whole and chop the rest roughly. Mix them all in a large bowl with the oats, wheat bran, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and honey. Tip the mixture on to the baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until the mixture is evenly toasted. Cool completely before stirring in the dried fruit. Transfer to a storage jar and keep in a cool place for up to 1 month.
