Gently spiced potato salad - Spice Pots
500 g, cut into small pieces
2 clove(s), crushed
Chilli, Green or Red
1 individual, (Optional) sliced
Spice Pots Korma Blend
2 teaspoons, level
Lime Juice, Fresh
2 tablespoons, chopped
- Ensure the potatoes are cut to roughly the same size and cook in salted water until tender.
- Whilst they are cooking, heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the garlic (and chilli if using) for 1-2 minutes. Add a splash of water then the Korma spices. After a couple of minutes, add the lime juice.
- Once the potatoes are cooked, drain and add the potatoes to the frying pan. Mix well to coat.
- Add half the herbs and cook for a couple of minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and add the remaining fresh herbs.
