Gently spiced potato salad - Spice Pots

An easy, no mayonnaise, gently spiced potato salad seasoned with lots of fresh herbs. A versatile side dish for a barbecue or summer meal.


Potatoes, Raw

500 g, cut into small pieces

Olive Oil

2 tablespoon(s)


2 clove(s), crushed

Chilli, green or red

1 individual, (Optional) sliced

Spice Pots Korma Blend

2 teaspoon(s), level

Lime Juice, Fresh

1 tablespoon(s)

Coriander, fresh

2 tablespoon(s), chopped


  1. Ensure the potatoes are cut to roughly the same size and cook in salted water until tender.
  2. Whilst they are cooking, heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the garlic (and chilli if using) for 1-2 minutes. Add a splash of water then the Korma spices. After a couple of minutes, add the lime juice.
  3. Once the potatoes are cooked, drain and add the potatoes to the frying pan. Mix well to coat.
  4. Add half the herbs and cook for a couple of minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and add the remaining fresh herbs.
