Garlic & chilli roasted cauliflower
1 whole, cut into florets
3 clove(s), sliced

Vegetarian parmesan style hard cheese
30 g, grated
1 tablespoon(s), chopped
- Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Cut the cauliflower into florets and put in a roasting tin with the sliced garlic cloves, chilli flakes and dried thyme, then mist with cooking spray. Season to taste. Roast for 25 minutes, tossing halfway through, until the cauliflower is tender and golden.
- Sprinkle over the cheese and return to the oven for a further 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and freshly ground black pepper.
